 Эзофагоскопия ребенка. Инструментальный метод обследования пищевода с помощью оптического прибора - жесткий или гибкий эзофагоскоп. При эндоскопическом исследовании пищевода оцениваются складки и цвет слизистой оболочки, движение стенки и наличие патологических изменений. В детской гастроэнтерологии детская эзофагоскопия используется для выявления врожденных пороков развития пищевода, для удаления инородных тел из пищевода, для прижигания областей кровотечения При необходимости исследование дополняется исследованием желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки (эзофагогастродуоденоскопия). Вопрос о болевом методе при эзофагоскопии решается с учетом возраста ребенка и особенностей его поведения.
