Description

 Иссечение дивертикула пищевода (удаление дивертикула). Радикальный метод хирургического лечения дивертикулов заключается в удалении пищеводного мешка на его шее, а затем наложении двойных сшитых швов на рану пищевода. Принимая во внимание положение дивертикула, используются различные хирургические подходы: сосуды горла и пищевода удаляются шейкой матки, эпибронхиальные и эпифодные - правосторонним и левосторонним трансторакальным доступом соответственно. После введения толстого зонда в пищевод дивертикул выделяется в шейку матки, проводится эзофагомотомия, вырезается сумка и сшивается стенка (при необходимости проводится пластическая операция с использованием диафрагмы или плеврального лоскута).
