Description

 Манометрия в проктологии. Диагностическая функциональная экспертиза моторной функции толстой кишки путем определения давления в различных отделах. В проктологии проводится различие между манометрией толстой кишки и прямой кишки, а также сфинктерометрией, которая используется для проверки способности блокировать сфинктер. Эндоскопическая манометрия выполняется с помощью водных перфузионных катетеров (баллонных или стандартных 8 или 4-канальных) и манографий записывающих инструментов. Манометр указывается в случае нарушения функции резервуара и двигателя эвакуации толстой кишки.
