Description

 Открытое удаление кист средостения. Иссечение кисты через открытую торакотомию. В хирургии средостения чаще встречаются кисты трахеи, бронхов, гастроэнтерогенные и перикардиальные. Тип оперативного доступа (передняя, боковая, задняя торакотомия, продольная стернотомия) зависит от положения и типа кисты. После вскрытия кистозной капсулы аспирация ее содержимого слизистой оболочки аспирируется. Нога кисты удалена, перевязана и разрезана. Открытое удаление кисты средостения позволяет увеличить свободу манипуляций, выполнить полную ревизию органов средостения (осмотр, пальпация, подготовка), что важно при сильной адгезии кисты с окружающими тканями.
