Description

 Фотодинамическая терапия при генитальных бородавках. Метод уничтожения генитальных бородавок с использованием комбинированного фотохимического воздействия. ФДТ применяется для вирусных образований различных локализаций: вульвы, влагалища, шейки матки, перианальной области. Эффект фотодинамической терапии основан на поглощении света определенной длины волны опухолевыми клетками-мишенями, которые накапливают фотосенсибилизатор. Это сопровождается выделением активных форм кислорода с цитотоксичностью и повреждением эндотелия опухолевых сосудов. В результате развивается некроз генитальных бородавок, высыпания регрессируют.
