Description

 Внутрикожная блокада по М.И. Аствацурову предполагает введение анестетика в очаг боли, отраженной на коже, что приводит к снижению возбуждения по всей рефлекторной дуге. Внутрикожные блокады выполняются при различных синдромах периферической боли: миалгии, каузалгии, люмбалгии, контрактурах, невралгии, неврите, ганглионите и Раствор новокаина 0,25% или 0,5% вводится под кожу до образования нескольких «лимонных корочек» или узелков, расположенных в болезненном месте на теле. Стоимость блока определяется потреблением новокаина.
