Description

 Протезирование внутренней сонной артерии. Хирургическая реконструкция внутренней сонной артерии с использованием искусственного сосудистого протеза. Протезирование выполняется с гемодинамически значимым атеросклеротическим поражением внутренней сонной артерии на высоте более 4 ее выраженной кальцификацией, сочетанием стеноза с вазоконстрикцией. Во время операции внутренняя сонная артерия отсекается в области полости рта и рассекается в пределах здоровых стенок. Эндопротез политетрафторэтилена вводится в область разреза соответствующего диаметра, которая слита с общей сонной артерией на проксимальном конце и внутренней сонной артерией на дистальном конце.
