Description

 Дилатация / размещение стента в подключичной артерии. Методы эндоваскулярной реканализации просвета подключичной артерии методом чрескожной баллонной ангиопластики с имплантацией стента-трансплантата. Расширение и размещение стента в подключичной артерии показано в его поражении стента. Процедура выполняется в рентгеновском операционном зале. С помощью пункции или микросекции бедренной артерии (локтевой или подмышечной) баллонный катетер вводится через проводник в зону сужения и, когда надувается, внутрисосудистый просвет расширяется. Чтобы предотвратить рестеноз подключичной артерии, в зоне дилатации имплантируют цилиндрический стент.
