Description

 Брахитерапии. Контактная лучевая терапия, предполагающая прямое взаимодействие опухоли с источником радионуклидного излучения. В зависимости от способа размещения радиоактивного препарата различают применение, внутриполостную, интерстициальную, внутрисосудистую брахитерапию. В онкологической практике метод применяется для лечения рака поверхностных локализаций (кожа, слизистая оболочка полости рта), внутрипросветных опухолей (рак влагалища, матки, прямой кишки, бронхов, пищевода), новообразований паренхиматозных органов (рак предстательной железы) и Для для доставки радиоактивных различных проводников используются для очага опухоли: эндостаты (кольпометраста, ректостаты, уретростаты), иглы (интрастаты), внешние аппликаторы.
