Description

Судороги варьируют от слабых до тяжелых. При слабом приступе минимальные симптомы проявления, в то время как тяжелый приступ может повлечь потерю сознания, а также внезапный и острый спазм мышц, вызванный электрической активностью мозга. Обычно судорога продолжается от 30 секунд до 2 минут. Если судороги длятся больше, или возникают повторные приступы, при этом больной не приходит в сознание, такое состояние называется эпилептическим статусом. Если это случилось, больной незамедлительно должен быть доставлен в больницу. Невозможно остановить судорогу, если приступ уже начался. Все, что можно сделать, это защитить больного от телесных повреждений и травм, которые он может сам себе нанести, и как можно быстрее обеспечить медицинскую помощь. Информация о количестве и продолжительности эпилептических припадков будет очень полезной для врачей.

Возможно потемнение в глазах, спутанное сознание, фырканье и пыхтение;
Покалывание и судорожное подергивание в части тела; недержание мочи и/или кала; кратковременная потеря сознания; Особое состояние, предшествующее приступам эпилепсии, имеющее различные проявления: внезапное чувство страха, тошнота, чувство онемения, головокружение. При появлении выраженного слюноотделения, пеноотделение изо рта, внезапный обморок, потеря сознания, резкие мышечные спазмы с подергиванием ног, отклонение направления глаз и головы (девиация глаза) требуется срочная врачебная помощь.

Любой слабый или сильный припадок вызван нарушением работы головного мозга.
Почему возникают судороги.
Дефицит микроэлементов: натрия, магния, калия, кальция (особенно у беременных);
Нехватка жирорастворимых витаминов D, E;
Недостаток водорастворимых витаминов в2 и в6;
Недостаточное присутствие в питании аминокислоты таурина;
Переохлаждение ног;Обезвоживание;
Неадекватная возможностям физическая нагрузка;
Недостаточное кровоснабжение;
Высокая температура (у младенцев);
Провоцирующие факторы (кофеин и сахар);
Инфекционные заболевания;
Нервные болезни.

Treatment

Если Вы оказались свидетелем судороги, главная стратегия действий заключается в попытках предотвратить получение травм у больного; старайтесь удерживать его от падений, уложите больного на землю в безопасном месте, уберите все острые предметы и мебель. В случае необходимости, следует зафиксировать больного (смирительная рубашка). Не ограничивая телодвижений больного, ослабьте тесно застегнутую одежду, особенно на шее. Если началась рвота, постарайтесь повернуть голову, чтобы рвотные массы выливались, а не попадали в легкие и трахею.
У детей грудного и младшего возраста судорога может быть результатом сильного жара, используйте прохладные компрессы и прохладную воду, но не окунайте ребенка в ванну с холодной водой.
После судорог многие больные крепко засыпают, не препятствуйте их сну. На момент пробуждения больной, скорее всего, будет дезориентирован в пространстве, будьте рядом до восстановления сознания или до момента приезда врачей. Тем временем, следует проверять основные показатели жизнедеятельности (пульс, частота дыхания).
Когда больной проснется, узнайте у него, были ли когда-нибудь судороги раньше, и не проходит ли он обследование в настоящее время по показаниям. Рекомендуйте больному принять выписанное лекарство. Если у больного сахарный диабет или есть подозрения на сахарный диабет, то можно дать сахар (если больной без сознания, то сахар в гранулах или жидкую глюкозу).
